Fire, eviction, illness, loss of a loved one, unexpected crises—when Inova Team Members experience an unforeseen financial hardship and need a place to turn, you can be there for them through a gift to the Team Member Compassion Fund. Thanks to generous donors like you, the Compassion Fund has distributed over $2.6 million in emergency cash assistance since 2020, helping Team Members during their most challenging times.

The Compassion Fund is entirely funded by philanthropic donations. Every dollar of your gift will go directly to support our team, providing a lifeline to those who need it most.
