Inova Act on Addiction: Tools for Resilience During Unprecedented Times | Tuesday, January 26 – Friday, January 29, 2021

LCPS Mental Health and Wellness Conference: Navigating the Path to Student Wellness | Saturday, January 30, 2021

According to a new Inova survey, 9 in 10 adults in our community report feelings of negative emotions during this time including stress, anxiousness, and sadness. To help foster greater resiliency and provide resources to our friends and neighbors, with gratitude for Joan and Russell Hitt for their continued sponsorship, Inova Health System will hold a free, online webinar series in partnership with the annual Loudoun County Public Schools Mental Health and Wellness Conference

The webinar series will provide information and tools for managing stress and anxiety during the COVID-19 crisis from members of the Inova Behavioral Health team, as well as resources for individuals and loved ones struggling with substance use disorder. Inova Behavioral Health Services supports Inova’s overall mission, promoting total wellness – mind and body – by offering a compassionate and comprehensive spectrum of mental health and substance use treatment services.
